Who leads your project
fita is a surveying and mapping company founded in 2025 in Xàtiva. It is run by its technical lead, who is also your contact on every commission.

I am Vicent Doménech, a geodesy and cartography engineer. When you bring us a job, we start by understanding what you need the data for and how your team will use it. From there we define the scope and how the results will be measured and checked. You can talk to me to go through the technical requirements of the project.
On every project
- Agrees the scope, accuracy and deliverables with your team and prepares the proposal.
- Plans the capture and the field control.
- Supervises the processing and reviews the quality control before delivery.
- Answers your team’s questions when using the data.
How the work is organised
fita is a small company run by one person. In practice this means that whoever prepares the proposal also plans the fieldwork, reviews the processing and explains the delivery to you.
When a commission needs more resources in the field or in the office, collaborators join for that job, coordinated by the technical lead and following the same quality control protocol. If the project requires it, the proposal sets out how each phase is organised.
How we work
- 01
Checked accuracy
Every delivery states the error measured on independent checkpoints. We never claim an accuracy that has not been checked.
- 02
Agreed formats
We agree the formats and review the delivery with your team: GeoTIFF, LAS, DWG or SHP, in the reference system your project uses.
- 03
Large sites and corridors
Plants, corridors, industrial estates and alignments. We plan in sections and campaigns according to the terrain, the sensor and the resolution the project needs.
- 04
Surveying judgement
Drones and LiDAR are tools. Ground control points, independent checks and a clear reference system come first.
High-accuracy data for those who have to design
We capture with drones (LiDAR, metric RGB, multispectral and thermal cameras), GNSS RTK and total station, and process all the way to the mapping the project needs: orthophotos, digital terrain and surface models, contour lines, profiles, volume calculations, drainage networks, shading analyses, point clouds and 3D models.
We work for engineering firms, renewable energy developers, infrastructure operators, contractors, local authorities, architecture practices, agri-food companies and research groups. We are based in Xàtiva and we also serve the Marina Alta (Xàbia, Dénia…); the priority area is the Valencia region, Murcia and Albacete, and we work across Spain.
Model before you build
A development that is properly measured before work starts moves less earth, respects natural drainage better and avoids rework. That is why we insist on the model first: a reliable DTM, the real slopes, the catchments and the shading calculated before the first machine arrives. It is how a solar park, a power line or an industrial estate fits the terrain and not the other way round.

Shall we talk about your project?
You can send us the site boundary, a plan or the specification. We will reply within one or two working days to review the scope and confirm when you can expect the proposal.
